Can I cancel or modify the order?
Unfortunately, once your order is processed we are unable to cancel / modify (size or product) your order.
Are duties and taxes included on my order?
For the USA and the UK, we cover all import tariffs, duties or any other taxes. No additional fees on delivery.
For all other countries outside the EU, customs fees are not included in the shipping price. You might need to pay duties and taxes on delivery, based on your local customs rules.
I forgot to apply a discount code
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we’re unable to apply a discount code retroactively.
All sales are final and we cannot adjust the price of an existing order after checkout.
I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
If you entered the wrong address, email us immediately at order@racerworldwide.net.
We have a short window to update address details before your order is packed and dispatched.
We'll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once packing has started.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide, except the following countries:
Russia, Belarus and Ukraine.
Due to the current situation in the Middle East, we have temporarily suspended deliveries to Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and the UAE.
We will resume shipping once the situation stabilizes.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link. You can use this link to follow the real-time location and progress of your parcel.

How to start a return and what does it cost?
You can start a return through our Return Portal
The return fees are covered by the customer.
United States - $20
United Kingdom - £20

Please note that the original shipping cost are non-refundable amounts.
Do you offer exchanges?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges.
All returned items will be refunded according to preferred refund method (original method / gift card)
When do you restock the product?
To receive a restock notification, please use the “NOTIFY WHEN AVAILABLE” button on the product page.
Once the product is restocked, we will send you an email.
Can I buy a gift card?
Yes, we offer digital gift cards available from €50 to €1000.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
